Women better with gadgets than men

According to a survey undertaken by electronics retailer, Comet, women are now more confident with technology than males. This flips over the age-old stereotype that men are better with gadgetry than women.

The study showed that 48 per cent of women felt comfortable when it came to using new technology and gadgets, whereas only 47 per cent of men felt the same.

The fact of women taking dominance in the field of gadgetry is further reinforced by the fact the study found that 85 per cent of men believed that they were not the most capable person in the household, when it came to technology devices.
